The Queens of Creativity did it once again! On July 14th the Queens hosted a workshop featuring two instructors: Reginald C. Adams, President and CEO of the Museum of Cultural Arts Houston, with over 120 Public Art Projects that he has successfully completed commissions, taught artist how to write, develop, and create an artist statement and bio. He also helped participants on how to represent yourself as an emerging or established artist and the importance of creating words to match your art. Plus instructor Branden Morris, Director of Art of Culture, juried exhibitions and Professional Art Handler lead the class on an instructional how to handle, transport and hang your art as it relates to maintaining a professional representation of your work. We would also like to thank Steve with Art Handing Service 360 for helping participants hang their work!
There was so much creative energy that the participants didn’t want it to end, but just in true Queen fashion they are offering a follow up workshop. Until next time, let the creativity flow!
