The Face-2-Face Pop Art Portrait Workshop is a 3 hour studio session that enables artists and non-artists alike the opportunity to learn portrait painting techniques, while nurturing their inner artist and creativity.

This workshop offers a rare opportunity for mentoring, bonding, and nurturing relationships within various groups.  At MOCAH we believe that everyone is an artist and this workshop offers a memorable experience and lasting works of art. This workshop enables creativity while giving the participants the chance to walk away with a master-piece of their own hand-made art.

The funds raised will benefit MOCAH programs and help us continue our mission of raising awareness through public art.

Workshops on Thursday, Fridays or Saturday evening can be reserved with a guaranteed minimum of 15 guests.

The saga continues at the Rhodes School Summer Camp. We are nearing the end of the Arts Summer Camp at Rhodes and the students are preparing the stage for the showcase this Thursday. So much excitement in the room with the center of “The Lion King” expression thriving with creativity throughout today’s art session!  ”hakuna matata / means no worries” summer camp students enjoy painting, relaxing from today’s rehearsal (theatre, music, and dance) for the showcase Thursday.. sunset in the making..

We are all getting pumped for Thursday! and with a few days left for preparation, the kids begin to realize that the Arts Summer Camp will soon come to an end.  Rhodes has an exemplary school focus on the arts, and the kids really connected with the “The Lion King” regardless of age.  It will be a very emotional Thursday as we say our goodbyes.  On behalf of the instructors and MOCAH, we truly are inspired by the youth that came everyday and shared with us their creativity and dreams.  We hope we have instilled in them encouragement to express their artistic talents at every chance possible, and to not be afraid to participate in genre’s of art that they typically do not expose themselves to.  One child told me that art was their outlet, a way for them to imagine and create without limits.  This notion still holds true, not only for kids but everyone willing to expand in the artistic realm.  Therefore, art no longer becomes an activity or choice, it is naturally intertwined in every aspect of life.

June 10, 2012

At the beginning of the 2nd Week, sessions were moving smoothly and everyone was ready to learn new activities to prepare for the play.  Whether it was remembering new lines for drama, learning a dance routine, or playing rhythmic beats, students were immersed mentally and physically in “The Lion King” theme of the camp.  As the Art Instructor, I wanted to make sure they were able to capture the moments of their residence at the summer camp.  Growing up, there were very few things that I kept on to when leaving a school or camp.  The t-shirt was typically the only item that I was able to hold on to, probably because it was filled with names of friends/teachers as well as memories and what I liked most about camp.  Everyone was pumped about designing their own t-shirts to represent there summer experience!  The statement “The Circle of Life” triggers all the experiences of life, including childhood memories.  The children made certain that this summer camp experience would not be forgotten.

 June 3, 2012

The First Week of Rhodes School Summer Camp was filled with much anticipation regarding the activities that will soon take place for the next three weeks.  Joined by Bolaji Isiba (Music), Angela Miles (Theatre), and Roberta Paixao (Dance), we set off on our artistic journey leading the kids in various forms and expressions of creativity through visual arts, sounds, drama, and movement.  We started out with almost 10 kids but the number of students nearly tripled as the week progress.  The “word” was spreading about the fun the kids were having at the camp, and parents were eager to get their children involved.  Kids created crowns, paws, and tails this week during the visual arts sessions. This was a great start to the camp, and set the “stage” for the upcoming weeks!

MOCAH offers (1) summer public art camp for 20 middle or high school students. Participants work alongside professional artist during a 4 week intensive art camp to design and produce a site specific public art project.

The camp includes a guided tour to experience some of Houston’s most historic communities and view MOCAH’s collection of community based public art projects. The tour enables students to

learn the intimate details of their design, creation and installation.  These projects entail mosaics, murals, sculptures and other civic art designs. Our program attracts highly dedicated and talented faculty, staff and students from around the world.  Together, they create an environment focused on craftsmanship as well as an exchange of artistic ideas, perspective and values. The art camp is designed to build fundamental skills in the public arts and develop students’ creativity.

The 4 week session allows students to experience the full range of visual arts from Museum of Cultural Arts Houston (MOCAH).  Students participate in different projects for each session. Themes and projects for the camp are derived from research on local community, world cultures, geometry, arts and history.

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Students will need to bring lunch each day.

School Group Volunteers

Congratulations to the Art Club Students at Sugarland Middle School for creating awesome masterpiece murals that were recently installed in the newly renovated garden!    “The S.M. Art Garden Project “ (Science Math ART) was a collaboration with MD Anderson, Sugarland Middle School and The Museum of Cultural Arts, Houston, to assist with providing and conducting  hands on mural art activities using fractal geometry or ‘Mandala Art”  techniques to enhance the school’s garden while also teaching about environmental, life science and math concepts.

The garden mural project was  implemented throughout the Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 school year.  As a result, MOCAH’s  Art Angels Healing Arts Program facilitated in the design and production of a garden mural with student and teacher input and participation. The final mural designs  depict a creative message about the valuable role life the sciences play in the purpose, preservation, restoration and sustainability of our environment.   This will bring great community-wide awareness and publicity to the teachers, school, and the school district and overall community of Sugarland. This practice is demonstrative of the importance of community support in various cultural arts programs.

This is by far was the largest testing event in the United States. Art Angels was glad to be a community partner in this event.  We joined with other artists & patrons to volunteer at the “Make + More Positive” creative zone, a station made to alleviate the stresses of health testing by creating artwork from “positive” signs. For every “positive” sign created, a free donation of a health test was given.  On behalf of Houston, thanks for coming out and support a much needed and great cause for the community!

Art Angels Creates BIG ART with Little People at The Imagination Campus

The Art Angels Healing Arts Program hosted a series of expressive arts workshops with teachers and students to co-create a unique collection of healing art for The Imagination Campus.  In the spirit of social wellness,  participants produced a brilliantly colored painting composed of hundreds of hand prints to convey messages of friendship. This art on canvas has now become part of a permanent collection to accentuate the  campus environment providing an overall message of individual of social wellness.

Located in Downtown Houston, Imagination Campus is a premier eco-healthy child development center, preschool, and enrichment facility with a strong emphasis on imaginative play and high quality instruction. We encourage the exploration of diverse cultures, healthy lifestyles and multiple languages from an early age.

Bayou City Arts Festival Top Volunteer Supporters!

MOCAH’s Art Angels Program was recently honored as one of  The Bayou City Arts Festival’s  top volunteer supporters! Nestled in Houston’s treasured Memorial Park, the festival was hosted during the week of March 23 – 25, 2012 where  MOCAH gathered the support of more than 200 dedicated volunteers to assist in making a family fun filled weekend full of arts and crafts activity in the ‘Creative Zone’

Every year BCAF partnered with 14 of local Houston organizations local nonprofits who passionately serve the City of Houston.  Perhaps the most important aspect of these partnerships is volunteer recruitment. The BCAF rely on our Non-Profit Partners for the volunteer support that make the festivals run smoothly for more than 2500 of visitors in attendance. Each of our Nonprofit Partners recruits their own group of volunteers to serve at each of the Bayou City Art Festivals, in Memorial Park and Downtown Houston. Based on their volunteer participation, each nonprofit partner receives a portion of the proceeds obtained from the festival weekend.  Not only are volunteers lending a hand for the Festival, but they are also supporting other nonprofits in the area.

All proceeds from the Bayou City Art Festivals are donated to our Non-Profit Partners for use in our community. To date, the Art Colony Association has donated more than $2.6 million to local Houston organizations. You can view a list of our Non-Profit Partners for the 2012 Festivals and a brief description of their services and find out more about how YOU can get involved in making BCAF one of the TOP Festivals in the nation!

Barbara Jordan Art Contest Winning Designs!

Art Angels and The Queens of Creativity provided volunteer support for the Barbara Jordan Art Contest.  They participated with and gained support from of a diverse panel of judges with both professional artist backgrounds as well as those that work in the field of disabilities.   The artwork submitted by students will be used as creative reference for the design of a commemorative public art project reflecting the concepts surrounding Barbara Jordan as a focal point in  the theme of “Unique Abilities”.  Below are the winning contest designs.

Mural-Cure Workshop Art Display at Shalom Health Ministries

The Art Angels Healing Arts Program created a unique collection of healing art for The Shalom Health Ministries.  In an effort to promote health awareness, community members were invited to participate in a series of expressive arts workshops to create healing works of art. This healing art collection has now been put on display in the clinic to accentuate the clinic environment, symbolizing the neighborhood support and promotes health awareness for the clinical staff, care providers and patients to celebrate wellness.

Woodson Art Students Teach at the Communities Campus Partnerships Conference

The Art of Leadership” is a community based art project that uses expressive art as a tool to promote emotional wellness to 30 sixth and seventh grade students attending Woodson’s K-8 Leadership Academy.  On Saturday, April 21st Four (4) students were selected to attend the 15th Anniversary Community Campus Partnerships Conference. During the conference, students were given the opportunity to provide a demonstration of their experience and newly discovered expertise using the mediums of mandala-art and fractal geometry. During the Fall and Spring semesters, weekly workshops teaching these techniques have been implemented to compliment the school’s existing curriculum focused on Leadership skills.

These art forms are used as a means to introduce children to coping mechanism for mental health. The activities are designed to support young people by exposing them to this art form that brings focus to establishing and recognizing patterns in their day to day lives among community, school, friends and family members. By creatively recognizing life patterns, students gain the opportunity to build, strengthen and implement stronger decision making skills which is at the core of creating “Great Leaders”. The student involvement was highly welcomed by the conference attendees and their involvement portrayed how art could be used to promote social wellness in the classroom as well as everyday life.  For more information please email artangels@mocah.org.

Art Angels Healing Arts Workshop: “The Memory Mosaic Quilt”

On Saturday, April 28 from 10:30am – 11:30am, Angels Healing Arts Program will facilitated a “Paper Memory Mosaic” workshop for 150 women attending the Mosaic Woman…Brokenness to Wholeness Conference at The Luke Ministries.  This conference was designed to engage women in the creative process to empower emotional wellness.   A paper memory mosaic quilt is a fun way to preserve materials that have personal  significance for the creator.  As a historical art form traditionally practiced among women,  memory quilts were designed to celebrate and preserve memories that have personal significance for each of the women attending this conference.  Participants gained an art  experience that will help to convey the value of using positive emotions to help build  and  reinforce positive self-esteem.  Art Angels Healing Arts Program and The Queens of Creativity worked together to  demonstrate the  collaborative power that creativity plays in our lives.

Through this unique healing arts workshop series, we collaborate with community members to make the connection of good emotional and overall health. This provides a unique opportunity to open positive dialogue, encouraging healthy habits while encouraging participants to care about themselves and to take responsibility for their  health.

The final mural designs will depict a creative message about the valuable role life the sciences play in the purpose, preservation, restoration and sustainability of our environment.  Sugarland Middle School will present this environmentally themed mural during a culminating event hosted in celebration of Earth Day.  This will bring great community-wide awareness and publicity to the teachers, school, and the school district and overall community of Sugarland. This practice is demonstrative of the importance of community support in various cultural arts programs.

The Art of Leadership at Woodson Academy

“The Art of Leadership” is a community based art project that uses expressive art as a tool to promote emotional wellness to 30 sixth grade students attending Woodson’s K-8 Leadership Academy. Central to the school’s curriculum is direct instruction and preparation in becoming a leader. The Art of Leadership project is designed to compliment this existing curriculum by providing expressive arts workshops using the art mediums of mandala art  (fractal geometry) and creative writing.  These mediums are used as a means to introduce children to coping mechanism for mental health. The activities are designed to support young people by exposing them to this art form that brings focus to establishing and recognizing patterns in their day to day  lives among community, school, friends and family members.  By creatively recognizing life patterns,  students gain the opportunity to build, strengthen and  implement stronger decision making skills which is at the core of creating ‘Great Leaders’.

The expressive arts workshops will be scheduled during the fall and spring semesters during ancillary periods and involve 6th graders at Woodson Leadership Academy.  At the end of the semester, 6 students will be selected to attend the 15th Anniversary  Community Campus Partnerships Conference on Saturday, April 21st.  This project is funded by The Collaborative for Children through a grant provided by the Hogg Grant for Mental Health, and principal partner in the South Region Children’s Mental Health Collaborative (SRCMHC)

AIDS Walk Houston 2012!

Join Art Angels as we support Bering Omega Community Services in fundraising for The 23rd Annual AIDS Walk Houston on Sunday, March 11, 2012.  Proceeds from AIDS Walk Houston benefit AIDS Foundation Houston, Inc as well as several other Houston-area HIV/AIDS service organizations. The funds that participants raise supports education and pediatric programs, provides housing, food, medical care, counseling, and job training to more than 100,000 Houstonians each year. Join in the fun!

The Women’s Summit was an amazing event, with guest speakers such as Sheila Jackson Lee and powerful discussions of empowerment, health awareness, and community enrichment.  The expo provided an opportunity for Art Angels to share information about MOCAH programs while promoting social wellness.  We would like to thank everyone that was able to come out and help with the Women’s Summit Resource Table.  We really enjoyed everyone’s enthusiasm and efforts.  We were able to disperse a good amount of earrings while connecting with different organizations.

MLK Day of Service with Habitat for Humanity

On Jan. 16, 2012, Houston Habitat for Humanity invited individuals, organizations, and volunteer groups to come together for a day of service to preserve the rich history of the Fifth Ward Community.  5 Art Angels volunteers amongst 60 volunteers helped paint two houses for citizens in need at 732 Majestic & 736 Majestic Houston, Texas 77002. We would like to thank our Art Angels for playing an active role in community service!

Art Angels Creates a GREEN Christmas!

Art Angels hosted a Volunteer Day during the holidays in an effort to recycle the generous donations of  hand bags, shoes and accessories from Charming Charlie as well as musical instruments donated from the Austin Music Bazaar.   Art Angels Volunteers helped to sort and package these items that were later distributed to several non-profit organizations in effort to assist in providing gifts for more than 500 Houston families valued at over $6,000 in gifts for the 2011 holiday season!

Founded by the Society for the Arts in Health care,  Arts + Health Month is an opportunity for organizations and individuals worldwide to promote the integration of the arts-including literary, performing, and visual arts and design-into a wide variety of health care and community settings for therapeutic, educational, and expressive purposes. This November, please join Art Angels Healing Arts Program in celebrating the positive impact the arts have on the health care experience. By highlighting a variety of projects hosted throughout the program’s 12 year history, The Art Angels Blog will help raise awareness about how the arts improve patient outcomes; create safer, more supportive health care environments; offer caregivers an opportunity for creativity and self-expression; and benefit communities by engaging people in arts programs aimed at prevention and wellness. Art Angels Healing Arts Program Joins the Johnson & Johnson
the Society for the Arts in Healthcare Society

Program Director, Rhonda Radford Adams, recently attended the Johnson & Johnson the Society for the Arts in Healthcare’s one day, complimentary training for the continued development of their Houston /Galveston network. This training session provided resources and education to health care and arts professionals. The Society for the Arts in Health care is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation in Washington, DC. Founded in 1991, the Society for the Arts in Health care is dedicated to advancing arts as integral to health care. Arts in health care is a diverse, multidisciplinary field dedicated to transforming the health care experience by connecting people with the power of the arts at key moments in their lives.

Art Angels Healing Arts Program Committee Fair

On Thursday, October 20, 2011 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, Art Angels is hosting an Arts Program Committee Fair to enlist the help of volunteers, committee members, program partners and visual art teachers.   Art Angels is an expressive arts program that offers a variety of uniquely designed outreach projects with a strong cast of community partners. In modern society the gap between art and healing is slowly being closed through the efforts of art-in-medicine or healing art programs
throughout the world. Art Angels is a healing arts program that seeks to bring these two disciplines together. With our growth in outreach programs and projects we are ready to take Art Angels to the next level.

MOCAH’s Art Angels to Host Art of Leadership at

The Art of Leadership project  curriculum will also compliment this existing curriculum while focusing on using the core art mediums of visual art; photography and creative writing to teach leadership skills through service learning projects. The activities are designed to
support young people by linking community volunteers with students, schools and families in the opportunity to participate and implement service- learning activities.

ART ANGELS PARTNERS WITH 2011 ROTARY CLUB HOUSTON SKYLINE HEALTH FAIR AT THE TELLEPSEN YMCA

On Saturday, August 27, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., The Rotary Club of Houston Skyline, in conjunction with the Tellepsen Family YMCA  hosted the 2011 Health and Wellness Fair, located at 808 Pease St., Houston, TX  77002 with Museum of Cultural Arts Houston Art Angels Healing Arts Program to creatively bring healing through art.

The purpose of the community wide health fair was to increase health awareness through education and prevention, with a focus on the downtown population of Houston and MOCAH has brought its own unique contribution to the cause.  ”We are excited to bring the Art Angels program to serve as one of the top 25 contributors to this year’s health fair, as the program ingeniously combines the creative arts to promote better health,” Rhonda Radford-Adams, Director of AAHAP.

During the fair, Art Angels provided an ‘art-in-dentistry’ activity entitled, “Sugar Bug Sculptures.” “This healing arts activity teaches children and parents about the process of tooth decay, while also becoming familiar with visiting the dentist,” said Adams.  The health fair event was free to the public and served more than 300 visitors both children and adults  free to the general public.  Special thanks for support from our community partners:

ART ANGELS HONORS THE BARBARA JORDAN FOUNDATION ‘UNIQUE ABILITIES’                       AWARD RECIPIENTS

In an effort to demonstrate the collaborative power that creativity plays in our lives, Art Angels Healing Arts Program recently presented a live art presentation entitled,   “The Art of Living” during the Barbara Jordan Back to School Scholarship Awards Luncheon 2011.  Using art mediums such as painting and collaging, artist Rhonda Radford Adams co-created an interactive work of art among  15 recent graduates that were being honored with the “Unique Abilities Award” during this year’s  luncheon. Students gained an appreciation for an art experience that helped to help build, identify and reinforce positive self-esteem as new graduates.

“Our healing arts program encourages artists to share their art medium as a tool to co-create with others”, says Program Director Rhonda Radford Adams.   The original artwork will be offered as a communal collection of healing art that will be made available for auction to help fundraise for the Barbara Jordan Foundation’s Ambassadors Program and MOCAH’s Art Angels Healing Arts Program.

Barbara Jordan Endeavors Corporation is a charitable organization that provides scholarships and services for students with emotional, mental, and physical disabilities.  Their vision is to work with school districts to create college ready students with “Unique Abilities”.

THE HEALING ART ZONE: WELLNESS WORKSHOPS

MOCAH’s Art Angels Mobile Arts Unit conducted a 4-week series of summer arts workshops designed to engage Worthing High School students with creative experiences that would help encourage positive self-esteem and overall emotional wellness. Artists, Rhonda Radford Adams, SaRita Dean and Emmanuel Oni worked with several students to provide this series of Wellness Workshops such as Vision Board Collage, 3D Face to Face Mask and Pop Art Portraits to create their own body of work that reflects a common message of ‘Self-Discovery’.

Funded by Collaboratives for Children,  the Healing Arts Zone  was developed  to establish a foundation for a multi-year and multi-disciplinary approach towards engaging students in hands-on creative experiences that foster social, emotional, physical and mental well being.  An online exhibition of the students’ drawings, designs and other related artwork will be part of the Mental health component of the program.

Mask Making Workshop

In May, Art Angels Mobile Arts Unit conducted a very unique Face-to-Face 3D workshop series designed to engage 40 eens that were part of the annual summer forum for HIV+ Teens attending the AIDS Foundation Universal Teen Camp.  Artists and Program Director, Rhonda Radford Adams along with several volunteer Art Angels (SaRita Dean; Emmanuel Oni worked; Chloe Semien and Joshua Bennet) worked with several participants to create handmade masks using  fibercast and  discarded jewelry from Charming Charlie, adding a unique flavor of ‘bling’ to their masks.

Magnolia Roots Mural Project

The Museum of Cultural Arts  Houston will work alongside Texans Together and the Magnolia  Roots Community  Garden to assist in the creation of a mural dedicated to the spirit of  the garden and history of the Magnolia Park Community. The 12 panel where painted on April 16^th at MOCAH Studios and installed during the Earth Day Celebration at the Magnolia Roots Community Garden. MOCAH founder Reginald Adams and Co-founder, Rhonda Adams with representatives from Texans Together and Magnolia Roots  Community Garden, where available on the exhibition day event.

The Queens of Creativity is a membership group of the Museum of Cultural Arts Houston (MOCAH).  The purpose of the QoC is to provide artists and creative professionals with resources to strengthen their professional development and creative abilities through workshops, seminars, exhibitions, special events and training.

Mission: The mission of the Queens of Creativity is to empower others through the arts and creativity.

Biography: In January 2011 a small group of artists gathered for an art workshop at the Museum of Cultural Arts Houston (MOCAH).  Ideas, laughs and creativity energy was shared amongst the artists, which for the most part were all strangers. A candid photo was taken of the artists working and subsequently posted on Facebook.  As the image circulated amongst the participating artists one photo in particular garnered exception attention as it embodied the vibrant energy that was shared  in the studio that cold January morning.  As the comments continued to build, Reginald Adams, MOCAH President/CEO made a comment to the affect, “The Queens of Creativity are in the house.”  The comment sparked a firestorm of activity as each of the artists began to build on the moniker and ideas began to fly about that would birth the formation of what has become a living breathing entity, the Queens of Creativity.  The charter members, Rhonda Radford Adams, Sam Turner, Ann Johnson, Nia Jacob, Cherry Meekins and Artistsa Elisabet began meeting regularly to build upon the concept and add structure to what has now become a creative force in Houston’s local arts community.  Today, the QoC seeks to reach out to other artists and creative professionals to leaverage the power of collective consciousness and empower those young and young at heart in utilizing their own creativity abilities to improve on their own quality of life.

Featured Artists:

Grant Manier, emerges as one of the most intriguing and captivating young Eco-Artist and Autism Advocate today.  His Eco-friendly artwork is capturing the attention of his community, gaining national media, and Grant is honored with awards for his eco-impressionism and volunteer work.  “It’s not what we can’t do…..It’s what we can do!”  This is Grant’s message to those with autism and to those who wish to understand autism. Grant’s story is at the core of raising awareness of why MOCAH offers the often overlooked and under-represented classes of our youth a chance to acknowledge themselves through art.

Katarina Conrad   With a motto to “Dream BIG!”,  Katarina strives to expand her boundaries, to improve her surroundings, to challenge her limits and to strive for excellence.  She is an artist that is truly a master of many talents and admits, “Art, in any shape and form, inspires me and it’s a sure way to keep me calm.  With a personal mission  ‘To  leave the world around me just a little better then I found it’,  Katarina demonstrates the power that the MOCAH experience provides for all to discover their own artistic sensibilities through hands-on art experiences that encourage and nurture the creative process.

Taft McWhorter is a self-taught artist that has been selling his contemporary art in Houston, amassing a dedicated group of over 200 local collectors, with his work being displayed in many private and public collections, including fine restaurants and corporate settings.  With a background in business and youth ministry, Taft shares the deep rooted understanding of the value of MOCAH’s mission to encourage professional artists to mentor and work alongside youth participants to create art.

Allan Rodewald.  At the age of 7, Allan knew that his life’s work would be as an artist. He showed such promise, that his mother and father became his first teachers. By 1996, Expressive Design’s business became focused on satisfying increased demand for murals and commercial graphics for businesses and restaurants such as River Oaks Grill, The Aquarium, in downtown Houston, and a spectacular 7ft. by 70 ft. mural in the information center of Houston City Hall.  Similar to MOCAH’s  approach to public art, Allan’s creations help transform public and private spaces into cultural and artistic destinations.

Hanh Tran’s paintings are based on self-study of the human form, nature, culture and emotion.  Tran, the seventh and youngest child of Vietnamese-Chinese immigrants, was raised in Houston and learned early on to teach herself and others to foster personal growth. Through donations of her original art and art + wellness teaching sessions with patients and families of patients facing health challenges, Hanh serves those in need in local and national charitable communities.  Much like MOCAH’s purpose, Hanh’s believes that “Painting, creating and sharing provide quiet comfort and establish a meaningful sense of community.”

• Art Angels Volunteer Calendar - You can select based on your area(s) of interest and your availability to find ways you can get involved within the  MOCAH Programs.   

Apply for each volunteer opportunity you are interested and eligible to apply for.    Volunteer opportunities are coordinated through the Art Angels Program  and so you may be contacted by a different staff member for each volunteer position.

Special Considerations:  

Some of the activities require assistance from volunteers that may call on special skill sets and may be require age limits.  A full description of the details will be provided in any volunteer posting.

MOCAH’s Face-2-Face 3D Sculpture Art Workshop is a 3 hr studio session.  You will have an original mask impression made of your own face and you will then be guided in embellish your mask with a wide assortment of costume jewelry pieces provided courtesy of MOCAH Corporate Sponsor Charming Charlie.

This workshop enables creativity while giving the participants the chance to walk away with a master-piece of their own hand-made art. The funds raised will benefit MOCAH programs and help us continue our mission of raising awareness through public art.

Workshops on Thursday, Fridays or Saturday evening can be reserved with a guaranteed minimum of 15 guests

Workshop cost: $175
