One of the strongest natural desires we all have is freedom of expression.

The MOCAH experience offers the often overlooked and under represented classes of our youth a chance to acknowledge themselves through art.
The MOCAH experience provides artists and non-artists alike with the opportunity to discover their own artistic sensibilities through hands-on art experiences that encourage and nurture the creative process.

Participants work alongside professional artists to create our public art projects and programs.
Students and community members involved in the MOCAH experience play a vital role in the reclamation and preservation of their own community.

The infusion of art, history and culture stimulates community pride, stewardship and neighborhood revitalization.
The MOCAH experience places the public in public art by engaging the community in the creation of our art projects. These projects help transform our neighborhoods into cultural and artistic destinations.

The impact that these projects have on the community are long lasting and reach broad and diverse audiences.

2011 Back to School Empowerment Bash for girls only!

Keeping with their mission of supporting female youth through the creative arts, QOC will provide an arts activity for girls at the conference, ages 8-16. The activity will include girls utilizing their favorite quote to create a self affirmation plaque created out of tile and embellished with Charming Charlie jewelry. The young ladies will be able to take their completed art piece home and mount on their wall. Its purpose is to have the girl be reminded of their purpose and beauty within, each and everyday of the school year!
