Plan Bee Art Exhibit and Fundraiser

Women artists from around the world have  come together using their  creativity and artwork to support Hashoo Foundation’s Plan Bee project. The evening starts promptly at 6:00 pm. Chef David Cordúa has infused a touch of  Hashoo Mountain Honey into the Pakistani inspired delicacies and Hashoo Honey  Punch.

Hashoo Foundation’s empowers women through honey bee farming and enables them to generate a stable source of income to provide for themselves and their dependents. The project helps the women in Gilgit, Hunza-Negar, Ghizer, Chitral, and Kalash Valley in the remote mountain regions of Northern Pakistan to improve their living conditions and educate their children.

Plan Bee beekeepers suffered immense losses during the floods of 2010. With your help, this extraordinary event
will raise much needed funds to provide 300 beehives to 100 women (3 beehives each) to rehabilitate their lives and
kick-start their honey enterprise.
